Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції Закону, що діяв до 19.04.2020), а саме: «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку». Ціна договору збільшується на суму 528 438,86 грн. з ПДВ. Загальна ціна договору становить 3 170 633,16 грн. з ПДВ. Дату завершення дії договору вважати 31.03.2021, дату завершення дії договору в системі зазначено, враховуючи технічну можливість розміщення інформації
