У зв'язку із коливанням ціни сира твердого на ринку Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, а саме сира твердого "Чеддер" на 9,99%. 2. Сторони домовилися викласти Специфікацію до Договору в редакції, що додається.

На підставі п. 1,2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі " і п. 12.3,12.6 Договору у зв'язку із коливанням ціни на сир кисломолочний 9 % жирності на ринку, Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, а саме сиру кисломолочного 9 % жирності на 2,6 %. 2. Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та викласти п.3.1 в наступній редакції: "3.1. Ціна Договору становить - 111917,93 грн. (сто одинадцять тисяч дев'ятсот сімнадцять гривень 93 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ - 18652,99 грн. (вісімнадцять тися шістсот п'ятдесят дві гривні 99 копійок)".Сторони домовилися викласти специфікацію до Договору в редакції, що додається.

2. Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та викласти п. 3.1. в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна Договору становить – 103625,61 гривень (Сто три тисячі шістсот двадцять п’ять гривень 61 копійка) у тому числі ПДВ – 17714,32 гривень (Сімнадцять тисяч сімсот чотирнадцять гривень 32 копійки).»
