Сторони домовилися п.7.1 Розділу 7 «Інші умови Договору» Договору №1 від «26» січня 2026 року викласти в новій редакції, а саме: «7.1. Цей договір набирає чинності із моменту його підписання та діє до 04.05.2026 року. Сторони керуючись частиною 3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України та Постанови домовились, що всі умови цього договору поширюються на правовідносини Сторін, які виникли між Сторонами з 01.01.2026р.»
