Відповідно до п. 4 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 3.12. договору № 145 від 26.02.2021р. у зв’язку зі значним зростанням ціни на закупівлю ДК 021:2015 код 15830000-5 "Цукор і супутня продукція" (цукор буряковий), відповідно до експертного висновку з Чернігівської регіональної торгово-промислової палати №ЧК-266 від 27.05.2021року (копія додається), що підтверджено протоколом засідання тендерного комітету від 31.05.2021р. №1067. Сторони внесли зміни, збільшили ціну товару на цукор буряковий не більше ніж на 10%. Ціна постачальника на цукор буряковий становить – 26,89 грн./кг. в т.ч. ПДВ.

Сторони внесли зміни, збільшили ціну товару на цукор буряковий не більше ніж на 10%. Ціна постачальника на цукор буряковий становить – 29,57 грн./кг. в т.ч. ПДВ.

1.Сума додаткової угоди становить 312 569,04 грн.(триста дванадцять тисяч п"ятсот шістдесят дев"ят грн.04 коп.)з урахуванням ПДВ.(Загальний фонд: КПКВ 4111022- 2 957,00 грн., Спеціальний фонд : КПКВ 4111010- 309 612,04 грн.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
2.Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання та діє до проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року відповідно до затвердженого річного плану закупівлі на поточний рік.
3.Сторони вирішили , що дія цієї додаткової угоди застосовується до відносин між ними, які виникли з 04.01.2022.
