Згідно ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дія Договору № 001026.1 про постачання природного газу від 29 грудня 2018 року може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, який не перевизує 20 відстотків суми, визначеної у Договорі № 001026.1 про постачання природного газу від 29 грудня 2018, заключеному у попередньому році, відповідно до чинного законодавства. Ціна додаткової угоди складає 586 486,57 грн., що становить 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі ПДВ 97 747,76 грн.
