Керуючись пунктом 11.2 Розділу XI «Інші умови» Договору на постачання вугілля кам’яного № 31/В від «31» березня 2020 року та відповідно до п. 2) ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 року зі змінами (так як закупівля створена до 19.04.2020 року тому проводится згідно з попередньою редакцією Закону "Про публічні закупівлі"), у зв’язку із коливанням ціни на товар на ринку сторони за взаємною згодою вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (не більше ніж 10%)
