Note:
1. Відповідно до п. 9.8. Договору від 05.02.2018р. № 1432 та керуючись п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони досягли згоди зменшити суму Договору, у зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Замовника на суму 3 123,12 грн (три тисячі сто двадцять три гривні 122 копійок) з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ 520,52 грн (п’ятсот двадцять гривень 52 копійки) з початку фактичного надання послуг – 05.02.2018 р.
2. Внести зміни до п.2.2 Договору та викласти його у такій редакції:
«2.2. Вартість Послуг за Договором (сума Договору) становить – 237 356,90 грн (двісті тридцять сім тисяч триста п’ятдесят шість гривень 90 копійок) з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ – 39 559,48 грн (тридцять дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 48 копійок), з розрахунку за лютий – 18 738,70 грн з ПДВ, березень – грудень за один місяць надання Послуг: 21 861,82 грн з ПДВ (двадцять одна тисяча вісімсот шістдесят одна гривня 82 копійки).»
