Узв'язку з відсутністю повного обсягу фінансування на 2018 рік. Пункт 3.1 доповнено п.п.3.1.1 "Загальна вартість підрядних робіт на 2018 р. становить 1398,046 тис. грн. (з ПДВ).Джерело фінансування - кошти обласного бюджету. Вартість робіт визначається у Договірній ціні, що укладається згідно капітальних вкладень поточного року за затвердженою проектно-кошторисною документацією". Пункт 11.1. викласти : "Цей договір набирає чиності з дня укладання договору і діє до 31.12.2019 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання всіх умов, передбачених даним Договором".
