Постановою НКРЕКП №1329 від 11.07.2020 було внесено зміни до Постанови НКРЕКП №2668 від 10.12.2019 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2020 рік», а саме: збільшено тариф з 155,40 грн./МВт.год до 240,23 грн./МВт.год. Враховуючи вищевикладене сторони домовились збільшити ціну електричної енергії до 1,85 грн. з ПДВ» з 01 серпня 2020 року.

Враховуючи вищевикладене сторони домовились збільшити ціну електричної енергії до 2,091008 грн. з ПДВ» з 01 грудня 2020 року на підставі п.2 ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.13.8. Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу. Кількість після внесення змін: 827174,90 кВт/год.

Постановою НКРЕКП №1998 від 14.11.2020 було внесено зміни до Постанови НКРЕКП №2668 від 10.12.2019 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2020 рік», а саме: збільшено тариф з 240,23 грн./МВт.год до 312,76 грн./МВт.год. Враховуючи вищевикладене сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу, саме: 1. Викласти пункт «Ціна» таблиці Додатку 2 «Комерційна пропозиція» до договору у новій редакції: «Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії: 2,207675 грн. з ПДВ» з 01 грудня 2020 року 2. Викласти пункт 2.2 договору: «Кількість товару за цим договором: 813355,508 кВт/год». Додаткову угоду №7 від 30.11.2020р. вважати такою, що втратила чинність.

Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.13.8 Договору (зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника), сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 222 987,35 грн. (двісті двадцять дві тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят сім грн. 35 коп.). Викласти перший абзац п.5.2. Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу у наступній редакції:
«5.2.Сума Договору складає 1 352 012,65 грн. (один мільйон триста п’ятдесят дві тисячі дванадцять грн. 65 коп.), з ПДВ, з них: за рахунок бюджетних коштів – 1 079 525,09 грн. (один мільйон сімдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот двадцять п’ять грн. 09 коп.), за рахунок власних коштів – 170 717,56 грн. (сто сімдесят тисяч сімсот сімнадцять грн. 56 коп.) та за рахунок коштів орендарів – 101 770,00 грн. (сто одна тисяча сімсот сімдесят грн. 00 коп.)»
