Note:
Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.12.4. Договору №486 від 24.03.2020 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 49 852,00 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає – 299 112,00 грн. з ПДВ) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2021 року.
