У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2020 року процедури закупівлі на Вироби з залізобетону та з метою забезпечення безперебійної роботи підприємства на початку року, керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VІІ та п. 10.2 Договору № 53-19ВТ від „11” березня 2019 р. дійшли згоди про таке:
2. Подовжити дію Договору 53-19ВТ від „11” березня 2019 р. до 01 квітня 2019 року включно, в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань до повного взаємного розрахунку сторін.
