Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити договір № 1 від 29.01.2021 р. на суму 2 грн.00 коп. (дві грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ, на підставі п.5 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
Викласти п 3.1. договору в наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість послуг 320 712 грн. 48коп. (триста двадцять тисяч сімсот дванадцять грн. 48 коп.), без ПДВ, згідно ст. 297.1 Податкового кодексу України»
Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору, не змінені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість щодо себе.
