Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 ст. 41, ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму вартості послуг по договору від 04.01.2021 р. №2, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі від 04.01.2021 р. №2, а саме на 80186,00 грн. Відтак, сума вартості послуг по договору від 04.01.2021 р. №2 становить 1026626,00 грн. (один мільйон двадцять шість тисяч шістсот двадцять шість грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ
