На підставі частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р №922-VIII, сторони погодились подовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від остаточної суми цього Договору, що складає 14816,36 грн. без ПДВ (чотирнадцять тисяч вісімсот шістнадцять гривень 36 коп.) та якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Пункт 10.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє з 04 лютого 2019 року до 29 лютого 2020 року.»
