1. У зв'язку із затримкою фінансування видатків замовника, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та викласти пункт 15.1. Договору в новій редакції, а саме:
«15.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання його уповноваженими преставниками Сторін та діє до 31.12.2027 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.»
2. Викласти Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток № 1) в новій редакції.
3. Викласти План фінансування робіт (Додаток № 2) в новій редакції.
