«13.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін, скріплюється печатками Сторін (за наявності) і діє до «31» березня 2022 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань».

Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) й враховуючи Додаткову угоду № 4 від 31 грудня 2021 року, Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне: Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 28 від 25 січня 2021 року в період з 01 січня по 31 березня 2022 року включно.
