Узгоджене сторонами зменшення суми Договору на 266218,65 грн з ПДВ, у зв’язку з необхідністю розірвання Договору через набуття Виконавцем статусу «Дефолтний» та припиненням постачання електричної енергії з 12.10.2022 року. Фактичне споживання електричної енергії за договором становить 182633 кВт/год.
Сторони погодили викласти пункт 5.1. Договору в такій редакції:
Загальна ціна Товару (ціна Договору) становить 723629,70 грн з ПДВ, у тому числі ПДВ 120604,95 грн. у тому числі:
- загальний фонд - 43004,85 грн з ПДВ, у т.ч. ПДВ 7167,48 грн
- за рахунок відшкодування коштів - 223213,80 грн з ПДВ, у т.ч. ПДВ 37202,30 грн.
