3. Умови Договору, не змінені цією Угодою, залишаються без змін, і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
4. Ця Угода складена українською мовою у 2-х примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, кожний з яких має однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
5. Угода вважається укладеною та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
