“3.2. Договірна ціна робіт, що доручається для виконання Підряднику:
в 2019 році становить 525 054,00грн. (П’ятсот двадцять п’ять тисяч п’ятдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок), без ПДВ;
в 2020 році становить 120 195,00грн. ( Сто двадцять тисяч сто дев’яносто п’ять гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
в 2021 році становить 854 718,00грн. ( Вісімсот п’ятдесят чотири тисячі сімсот вісімнадцять гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.”

5. Пункт 3.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
“3.2. Договірна ціна робіт, що доручається для виконання Підряднику:
в 2019 році становить 525 054,00грн (П’ятсот двадцять п’ять тисяч п’ятдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок), без ПДВ;
в 2020 році становить 0,00 ( Нуль гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
в 2021 році становить 974913,00 ( Дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот тринадцять гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.”
6. Пункт 12.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
“Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.12.2021р., але у будь якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.”
