Керуючись ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достаній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у звязку з цім збільшити суму договору на 238503 грн 00 коп (Двісті тридцять вісім т'ятьсот три грн оо коп) у т.ч. ПДВ 15603 грн 00 коп (П'ятнадцать тисяч шістьсот три грн 00 коп)
