Відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача на 2022 рік , виділені бюджетні зобов’язання збільшились на 351 000 грн.,00 коп.. та складають, на дату підписання даної додаткової угоди, 1 663 988 грн. 70 коп.» Невідповідність обсягів бюджетного фінансування вартості договору не позбавляє Споживача від обов’язку виконання п 5.1. даного Договору. В подальшому бюджетні зобов’язання можуть збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень споживача.
