У зв'язку із перерозподілом асигнувань з місцевого бюджету, сторони домовились викласти п.5.2 Договору в наступній редакції:
"5.2 Вартість послуг за цим Договором визначається як очікувана вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у п.2.2 цього Договору та становить:33 145 298.57 грн.(тридцять три мільйони сто сорок п'ять тисяч двісті дев'яносто вісім грн. 57 коп.), крім того ПДВ 6629059.71 грн.(шість мільйонів шістсот двадцять дев'ять тисяч п'ятдесят дев'ять грн.71 коп.), всього з ПДВ - 39 774 358.28 грн.( тридцять дев'ять мільйонів сімсот сімдесят чотири тисячі триста п'ятдесят вісім грн. 28 коп.),тому числі:
Загальний фонд-21459393.75 грн., враховуючи ПДВ-3576565.62 грн;
За рахунок власних коштів підприємства - 18314964.53 грн., враховуючи ПДВ-3052494.09 грн.
