Note:
Сторони, керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 3.4, 11.1, 11.2 Договору дійшли згоди та вирішили внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 0,61 грн. і викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 51995,67 грн. (п’ятдесят одна тисяча дев’ятсот дев’яносто п'ять грн. 67 коп.) без ПДВ.
2. Додаток № 1 до договору про закупівлю № 1 від 06.01.2021 року, який є невід’ємною частиною договору про закупівлю, викласти в новій редакції.
