Відповідно до пункту 5.1. Договору поставки Гб-80 від 22.08.2025 року (далі- Договір). “ Строк поставки товару – до 29 серпня 2025 року. Строк поставки товару може бути змінений за згодою сторін, про що укладається відповідна додаткова угода” та листа №10-08 від 28.08.2025 р. з проханням подовжити термін виконання договору. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 5.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«5.1. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК повинен здійснити поставку Товару у повному обсязі до 12.09.2025 року.».
