1. У зв’язку із зростанням розміру мінімальної заробітної плати, підвищення цін на енергоносії та витратні матеріали, інфляційні процеси, що призводять до збільшення вартості послуг фізичної охорони сторони домовились підвищити ціну на послуги визначеної пунктом 3.1. Договору № 02/02/20 та доповнити його наступним реченням:
«Вартість охоронних послуг за один місяць їх надання з урахуванням ПДВ складає 297 500 грн. 00 коп. (двісті дев’яносто сім тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 коп.).
