- по Договору від 09.10.18 р. № 20-18/19 «Капітальний ремонт дорожнього покриття з елементами благоустрою по вул. Миру м. Первомайський Харківської області» в сумі 5 546, 054 тис. грн. роботи передбачені на 2018 рік виконані в повному обсязі, прийняті, акти виконаних робіт підписані замовником та інженером технічного нагляду 27.11.18 р.
Незважаючи на зазначене, рішенням сесії обласної ради від 06.12.2018 р. № 847-VII були безпідставно зменшені видатки на зазначені види робіт по м. Первомайський на суму 2 575 788 грн., тобто на весь залишок субвенції, яка так і не була отримана міською радою протягом жовтня-грудня, згідно затвердженого помісячного розпису обласного бюджету. Підряднику виплачена Замовником сума 2 770 266 грн., в т ч. аванс 1 603 816,20 грн. Заборгованість Замовника Підряднику складає 2 575 788 грн. Сплатити Заборгованість Замовника Підряднику загальною сумою 2 575 788 грн. до кінця поточного року не передбачається можливим в зв’язку з відсутністю джерел фінансування в обласному та місцевому бюджетах.
