Внесення змін до пункту 3.2 , Додатку №1а та Додатку №2 а до Договору на проведення авторського нагляду за обєктом :"Реконструкція будівель КНП КРР "Козелецька ЦРЛ", що розташовані за адресою : вул.Сімї Розумовських ,45, смт.Козелець, Чернігівська область" (коригування кошторисної частини проектної документації ) №15/09-22АН від 21.08.2023 року та викласти його в наступній редакції :
3.2. Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється згідно акту здачі- приймання виконаних робіт по веденню авторського нагляду . За виконані роботи , згідно цього Договору , Замовник перераховує на рахунок Виконавця , згідно з протоколом про договірну ціну 4645 грн. 40 коп. (сотири тисячі шістсот сорок пять грн. 40 коп.) без ПДВ.
2. Додатки №1а та №2а до Договору №15/09-22АН від 21.08.2023 року на проведення авторського нагляду ,викладені в новій редакції і додаються до цієї Додаткової Угоди. Термін дії Договору №15/09-22 АН від 21.08.2023 року та діє до 30.06.2024 року.
