Відповідно п.6 статті 41 Закону України 922-VIII від 25.12.15 року «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю послуг з централізованого водопостачання № 66/22в від 18.04.2022 року. Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору з 01 січня 2023 року до 31 березня 2023 року, а в частині виконання своїх зобов’язань до повного їх виконання.
