У зв’язку із підвищенням цін на м’ясо яловичини, Сторони домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю вказаного товару у розмірі, що не перевищує 9,99% та встановити ціну за одиницю товару - м’ясо яловичини (І категорії, м’якоть) у наступному розмір: 114,74 грн. за 1 кг, зменшити обсяг закупівлі на предмет договору та зменшити суму договору на 30 гривень 91 копійку .

керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) «дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку» згідно з частиною 8 пункту 12.2 Договору № 52-2021 від 15.02.2021, та частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частиною 1 статті 652Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про продовження дії договоруна строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
