та комунальних послуг від 19 грудня 2024 року № 2200 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з
передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2025 рік», що опублікована на
офіційному веб-сайті НКРЕКП за посиланням: https://www.nerc.gov.ua/acts/pro-vstanovlennya-tarifu-
na-poslugi-z-peredachi-elektrichnoyi-energiyi-nek-ukrenergo-na-2025-rik (надалі також - «Постанова
№2200») встановлено ПРИВАТНОМУ АКЦІОНЕРНОМУ ТОВАРИСТВУ «НАЦІОНАЛЬНА
ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНА КОМПАНІЯ «УКРЕНЕРГО» тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії для
користувачів системи (крім підприємств «зеленої» електрометалургії): на рівні 686,23
грн/МВт·год (без урахування податку на додану вартість);
