Note:
1. Керуючись ст. 188 ГК України та ч. 1 ст. 651 ЦК України, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 76 від 01.02.2019 року:
1.1. Пункт 4.1. «Ціна договору становить: 15 780 000,00 (п'ятнадцять мільйонів сімсот вісімдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 2 630 000,00 (два мільйони шістсот тридцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.).
Кошти міського бюджету: 2 960 005,50 (два мільйони дев'ятсот шістдесят тисяч п'ять грн. 50 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ: 493 334,25 (чотириста дев'яносто три тисячі триста тридцять чотири грн. 25 коп.).
Власні кошти підприємства: 12 819 994,50 (дванадцять мільйонів вісімсот дев'ятнадцять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто чотири грн. 50 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 2 136 665,75 (два мільйони сто тридцять шість тисяч шістсот шістдесят п'ять грн. 75 коп.).
2. У зв'язку зі змінами банківських реквізитів з 01.11.2019 р. згідно з постановою Правління Національного банку України від 28.12.2018 р. №162 «Про впровадження міжнародного номера банківського рахунку (IBAN) в Україні», сторони домовились викласти реквізити у новій редакції.
