Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне: 1. Змінити абзац перший п. 1 розділу "предмет договору", виклавши в наступній редакції: "Виконавець зобов'язується надавати споживачеві послугу з постачання теплової енергії для потреб опалення (далі послуга) у період з 01.01.2024 по 30.11.2024 теплову енергію у кількості 1895,16 Гкал відповідно якості та в обсязі відповідно до теплового навантаження, а споживач зобов'язаний своєчасно та в повному обсязі оплачувати надану послугу в строках і на умовах, що визначені цим договором. 2. Змінити абзац 6 п. 20 розділу "Ціна та порядок оплати послуги" в наступній редакції "Сума цього Договору зменшена на 142681,90 грн. та становить 8007371,10 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 1334561,85 грн. у тому числі: 7566836,39 грн. з ПДВ -Кошти Запорізької територіальної громади; 440534,71 грн з ПДВ - власні кошти.
