Сторони прийшли до порозуміння зниження загальної вартості робіт за Договором № КР-58-ДС від 20.06.2019 р. на суму 165 269,07 грн.
Пункт 3.1 розділ III "Вартість робіт і порядок розрахунків" викласти в новій редакції: "3.1. Загальна вартість робіт Договору визначена на підставі Договірної ціни, що є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору, і становить по КЕКВ 3132: 623 219 грн. 73 коп.(шістсот двадцять три тисячі двісті дев'ятнадцять гривень 73 копійки), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 103 869 грн. 96 коп. (сто три тисячі вісімсот шістдесят дев'ять гривень 96 копійок)."
