1. Викласти п.1.1., 1.2., 1.3. статті I «Предмет Договору» в наступній редакції:
п.1.1. Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність Споживачу у I кварталі 2018 року природний газ (далі – газ), а Споживач зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу ДК 021:2015 “09123000-7-природний газ”у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором.
п. 1.2. Плановий обсяг постачання газу у I кварталі 2018 року до 3,842 тис.куб.м.
2. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 11.1. у розділі XI Договору «Строк дії договору та інші умови» викласти в новій редакції:
«11.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу з 01.01.2017 року до 31.03.2018 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.»
3. Дана угода набирає чинності з 01.01.2018 р. та діє 31.03.2018 р.
