Кошти попередньої оплати мають бути використані протягом 21 робочих днів з дня одержання. По закінченню терміну невикористані кошти попередньої оплати мають бути повернені платнику»

Договору 77/ш від 27.08.2020 року в наступній редакції: «Оплата Замовником Учаснику вартості робіт/послуг проводиться за фактично виконаний об’єм, на поточний рахунок Учасника, вказаний у розділі 15 Договору, протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін відповідних актів, складених за формою КБ-2в і довідки форми КБ-3».

4. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному примірнику для кожної із Сторін.
