Керуючись нормами чинного законодавства та згідно п.11.2.1 даного договору зменшити суму договору та викласти п 3.1 договору в наступній редакції: «3.1 Ціна Договору становить 60100,00 грн. (Шістдесят тисяч сто грн 00коп.), без ПДВ. згідно з Специфікацією Товару (Додаток 1). Згідно п. 11.2.4. продовжити строк дії договору до 31.03.2025р. до повного виконання «Замовником» своїх зобов`язань в частині розрахунків.
