1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 02.04.2020р., а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 3 від 30.12.2020р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 20 314,00 грн. (двадцять тис. триста чотирнадцять грн.). Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 4 042,49 грн. (чотири тис. сорок дві грн. 49 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 673,75 грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
