У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат замовника внести зміни в договір за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю від 19.10.2022 №014/22/07.
Викласти п.3.1. та 10.1. Договору №014/22/07 від 19.10.2022р. в наступній редакції: «Вартість робіт складає 4 456 000,00 грн. (чотири мільйони чотириста п'ятдесят шість тисяч гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 742 666, 67 гривень (сімсот сорок дві тисячі шістсот шістдесят шість гривень 67 копійок).
- Обсяг фінансування у 2022 році складає 4 297 228,00 грн. з ПДВ
- Обсяг фінансування у 2023 році складає 158 772,00 грн. з ПДВ.
Договір №014/22/07 від 19.10.2022р. набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.12.2023 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором. Закінчення строку дії Договору №014/22/07 від 19.10.2022р. не звільняє ПІДРЯДНИКА Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «ІНЖИНІРИНГОВА КОМПАНІЯ «АВТОМАГІСТРАЛЬ» від виконання гарантійних обов’язків по Договору №014/22/07 від 19.10.2022р. Всі інші умови Договору №014/22/07 від 19.10.2022р є незмінними і Сторони підтверджують прийняті по ньому зобов’язання».
