Note:
1. На підставі п. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.10.1.3 Договору продовжити строк дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у початковому договорі.
2. Ця угода набуває чинності з дня її підписання і діє до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
3. Решта умов Договору залишаються незмінними.

Note:
1. Сума за додатковою угодою, що не перевищує 20% (двадцять відсотків) суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році складає 19 001,20 грн. (Дев’ятнадцять тисяч одна гривня 20 коп.) без ПДВ, що складає 141,8 куб. м. Сума тимчасових лімітних призначень на січень - лютий 2022 року складає 19001,20 грн. без ПДВ.
2. Ця угода набуває чинності з 01.01.2022 року (ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України) і діє до 01.02.2022 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
3. Решта умов Договору залишаються незмінними.
