1. Пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Ціна (тариф) на послугу з розподілу електричної енергії (без урахування податку на додану вартість) встановлюється відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.04.2026 № 588 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 05.12.2025 № 2022 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії АТ «МИКОЛАЇВОБЛЕНЕРГО» із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання», з 01.05.2026 року до 31.12.2026 року (включно) складає: для 1 класу напруги - 696,75 грн/МВт год (без урахування податку на додану вартість); для 2 класу напруги - 2 926,73 грн/МВт год (без урахування податку на додану вартість)». 2. Сторони дійшли згоди в тому, що всі положення Договору, в які не було внесено змін даною додатковою угодою до Договору, залишаються незмінними. 3. Ця додаткова угода до Договору набирає чинності з моменту підписання та є невід’ємною частиною Договору та діє протягом дії Договору. 4. Відповідно до ч. З ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України Сторони домовилися, що умови цієї додаткової угоди до Договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли з 01.05.2026 року.
