Згідно з Постановою НКРЕКП від 09.12.2020 року № 2353 “Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ “НЕК “УКРЕНЕРГО” на 2021 рік”, тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії з 01 січня 2021 року складає 0,29393 грн за 1 кВТ *год без ПДВ.
Враховуючи вищевикладене, на виконання п.п.7 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, необхідно укласти додаткову угода до Договору №01-21/1 від 11.01.2021 року.
