Керуючись положеннями Цивільного та Господарського кодексів України та пункту 11.16 Договору № Т 4/30 про закупівлю робіт від 29 травня 2017 року Сторони вирішили: 1. Пункт 5.2. Договору викласти в новій редакції: «При своєчасному фінансуванню в повному обсязі строк виконання робіт складає 360 календарних днів, згідно додатку 3 до Договору. 2. Пункт 12.1. доповнити підпунктом 3: «Невід'ємною частиною цього Договору є: 3) Календарний графік виконання робіт. 3. Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору, які не змінені в цій Угоді, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість для себе.
