1. Доповнити пункт 4.1 розділу 4 «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплата електричної енергії» Договору новим абзацом наступного змісту: «Ціна за електричну енергію (за 1 кВт*год) з 01.05.2019р. складає 2,1172 (з ПДВ)».
2. У зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни за електричну енергію, зменшити очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 1983 кВт*год та відповідно пункту 1.3 розділу 1 «Предмет Договору» Договору викласти у новій редакції: «Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період 01.01.2019року – 31.12.2019року становить 92577 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи.
Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків».
