Сторони на підставі п 3.13. договору № 12 від 08.01.2019 р. та з дотриманням п. 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю товарів про наступне: 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 614736.41 грн. (шістсот чотирнадцять тисяч сімсот тридцять шість грн. 41 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
