У зв'язку зі зміною кон'юнктури ринку (коливання) ціни Товару на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою Державного підприємства «Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків» від 23.10.2020 року № 121/55, та на підставі пунктів 3.3., 3.4., 3.5., 3.6 Договору та з врахуванням пункту 2 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922VІІІ від 25 грудня 2015 року, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більш ніж 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, без збільшення суми договору. Сторони домовились при поставці товару:
- зменшити обсяг закупівлі товару «Асфальтобетонні суміші»
