Керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 11.5 цього Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – ціну нафтового газу скрапленого (Газ (СПБТ) змінено з 13,56 грн./л. на 13.60 грн./л., не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із підвищенням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
