Згідно ст. 36 ч.4 п.2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до Розділу ІІІ п.3.6 договору №95/17 від 12.06.2017 з ФОП Лур’є Ю.В. У даному випадку ціна за одиницю товару (один кілограм) підвищилася не більше на 10 (десять) відсотків по даним позиціям специфікації договору.
