Допустиме відхилення споживання обсягу природного газу протягом кожної Газової доби встановлюється Сторонами у розмірі ± 3 (три) % від поданого Споживачем обсягу на відповідну Газову добу (надалі - Допустиме відхилення) по формі «Графіка постачання Газу та замовлення (бронювання) потужності». За перевищення Споживачем Допустимого відхилення встановлюється відповідальність згідно з даним Договором. Перевищенням в даному випадку вважається збільшення абсолютної величини відсоткового значення (3%) незалежно від знака (+ або - ).

Керуючись пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII року зі змінами (у редакції до 19.04.2020 р.), у зв'язку із коливанням ціни природного газу на ринку в бік збільшення, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, зменшити об'єм постачання природного газу, при цьому загальна вартість Договору залишається без змін. Загальний об'єм постачання природного газу у січні 2021 р. за Договором складає 35.718003 тис.м.куб.
