Note:
1. У зв’язку зі зміною директора відповідно до Розпорядження Міського голови
№ 1275К від 30.12.2024 р., директором Комунальної установи «Центр фінансування та господарської діяльності закладів та установ системи освіти Пересипського району м. Одеси» з 06 січня 2025 року призначено Слободянюка Вадима Петровича.
2. На підставі вищенаведеного Сторони домовились внести зміни до преамбули Договору та розділу 11. Реквізити і підписи сторін.
3. Відповідно до пп.4 п.19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України « Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 (зі змінами), керуючись п.12.2.4. Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору та строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт. У зв’язку з цим Сторони домовилися:
3.1. п 5.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«5.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 30.06.2025 року, а в частині обов’язків по оплаті наданих послуг по фінансовім та гарантійним обов’язкам - до повного проведення розрахунків.»
3.2. п 3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість наданих Послуг за цим Договором складає 31 823,43 грн. (тридцять одна тисяча вісімсот двадцять три гривні 43 коп.), ПДВ(20%) не обкладається.
Оплата становить у 2025 році - 31 823,43 грн. (тридцять одна тисяча вісімсот двадцять три гривні 43 коп.), ПДВ(20%) не обкладається, за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету
