«Керуючись пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно пункту 3.3. Договору на закупівлю № 02/01 від 02.01.2018 року, у зв’язку зі зміною рівня цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, що підтверджується довідкою Державного підприємства «Державний-інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх тварних ринків», Сторони домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару в межах 10 (десяти) відсотків, зафіксувати такі зміни:
- Дизельне паливо (по талонам) – 26,46 грн/літр (з ПДВ);
- Бензин А-95 (по талонам) – 27,67 грн/літр (з ПДВ)». (Додаткова угода №4 від 14.05.2018 року) .
